Shipment

We ship within Switzerland. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping is handled by Swiss Post.

Shipping costs

To avoid waste and keep shipping costs low, Feb2nd strives to keep packaging as simple as possible. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

Return

When developing each product, we prioritize sustainability, the highest possible quality, and fair manufacturing. Should you still not be satisfied with a product, you can return it within 30 days. The condition for a return is that the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Labels must not be removed.

Please contact us first via email at info@feb2nd.com if you are not satisfied with the product. Please mention the following points when returning the item:

• Reason for return

• Sender (first name, last name, address, email and phone number)

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment and its associated costs. Once the package has arrived and the product is in perfect condition, we will refund your money as soon as possible.

Exchange

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item according to the instructions above and place a new order.

Once the package has arrived and the shirt is in perfect condition, we will refund you as soon as possible or arrange an exchange.

We reserve the right to change these shipping, return, and refund policies at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
