Right of withdrawal

You may revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after conclusion of the contract.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you – without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to cancel – all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred in choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly authorized otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges as a result of such reimbursement.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the delivery of digital content (including streaming, downloads, etc.) that is not delivered on a physical data carrier (e.g. CD or DVD) if you have expressly agreed that we may begin to execute the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed that you are aware that by giving this consent you will lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the execution of the contract has begun.
